All enquiries, including orders, returns and questions about sizing, should be sent to hello@madetobenear.com.

Messages are answered on working days, normally within two. Enquiries sent at weekends or on public holidays in Portugal are answered on the next working day.

Orders and returns

Please quote the order number where an enquiry concerns an existing order. The procedure for returns is set out on the returns page; there is no online form to complete.

Complaints

Complaints may be sent to the address above. Consumers may also record a complaint in the Portuguese electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt. Consumer disputes may be referred to CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, or to the arbitration centre competent for the consumer's own area.
